175g Jacket potato ๐Ÿฅ”
Tin of tuna ๐ŸŸ
100g low fat cottage cheese

There is only ever going to be one thing that matters when it comes to losing weight, and thatโ€™s a calorie deficit โš–๏ธ๐Ÿ“‰
But some foods making achieving that deficit easier or harder and fats are one of them.
Saturated fat (found in red meat, cheese, butters and full fat dairy) is best enjoyed less frequently because of the evidence that it increased bad cholesterol and thus the risk of Cardiovascular disease.
Good fats like those found in oily fish, avocado and EV olive oil contain just as many calories as the not so good fats, but without the damaging health implications and with lots of benefits.

Iโ€™ve had a few questions recently about whether to train when not feeling ๐Ÿ’ฏ %
Itโ€™s a tricky one, and we are all different! Here are a few things to consider:

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ how intense is the exercise?
๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ could you choose something more restorative?
๐Ÿ˜ท are you taking germs into a small studio and passing them on to your classmates?

Itโ€™s easy to feel like youโ€™re getting behind with your training, or that youโ€™ll undo your progress if you miss a session or two - but let me tell you this. You are FAR more likely to set yourself back further if you push yourself when what your body really needs is rest ๐Ÿซฉ

For many of them, taking photos at the start was one of the hardest parts of the process. Some feel shame about their bodies right now, they certainly donโ€™t want the whole world seeing them. So those photos will remain PRIVATE ๐Ÿ”’
