I sincerely hope you’re all keeping well. I’m missing seeing all my clients.
It will be wonderful to keep our Pilates practice going during these uncertain times hence im I’m starting live stream videos into your homes at 9am on Monday and Wednesdays.
Take a look at what my clients received this morning and let me know if you would like to join in.
I’m very much looking forward to getting us all moving in a positive way; you already know the mind body connection alone will help to calm the adrenal system helping you to better deal with the issues we are facing.
Focus will be on strength, alignment, mobility, some relaxation; I won’t be taking us into roll overs or shoulder stands, but I will be layering up the movements so do listen carefully for my cues so that you stay safe at your level. If you notice your abdominal muscles are bulging you’ve gone too far, please drop back a layer.
My teaching style is upbeat and fun, equally I take pride in teaching safely and individually in group sessions as well as one to ones. Therefore I do recommend a one to one today or this weekend if you haven’t had one; I can then assess you, watch your form and I will know what you can do for the sessions. I know all the clients joining me so I’ll probably mention a few dos and don’t directly to them. Online 1:1 assessments and sessions £50.
I will be live streaming to start with on Monday and Wednesday mornings starting next week. Please bear with me at the beginning of the first one, this is all new to me. We will probably kick off at 9.05am once we’re all online and settled. Please try not to start late. Classes are well planned so you increase intensity, keeping your body safe.
