Nature does a very graceful job of letting go
No shouting or screaming, no drama or fights
She let's go
As I watched the leaves fall from the trees yesterday, I realised how hard I sometimes try to hold on
I watched as the wind blew & the trees gently allowed the leaves to fall
To let go of what they knew they no longer had to hold on too
Such an effortless thing to do & yet as the layers go deeper so is the feelings & emotions stored within our bodies
The Dis-ease, the pain, physical/ emotional
After over one year of being unable to take long walks due to physical pain, I now cherish every second
Movement is so important at any age
Don't allow physical pain to numb you from what is going on within
We are brought up in a society whereby we think it is normal to suffer
To allow ourselves to think it's OK to have a high pain threshold, one that so many woman use & have used like some badge of honour throughout the years
All the years of physical pain and emotions stored within, hidden from plain sight
Were you aware of the harm you were doing to your body in later years? I know I wasnt
Remembering is the key, as no one knows your body like you do
Be aware of the food and drink you eat everyday as a means of fuel for your body
You wouldn't put Diesel in a petrol car, the same thing goes for your body too
Start being open to receive the intuition coming through when your shopping for food
Allow your body not your mind to make the choices
You may even see your shopping bill decreasing too
Start noticing how you feel after certain foods/ meals
We want our bodies to last a lifetime, let's start showing them the love & grace they deserve
Allowing ourselves to stop being in such a rush, take a pause, breathe & allow our bodies to heal
I guarantee the trees in the pictures don't need any reminding of what is good for them
Do you?
All my love
