It's that time again! Braeburn Shining Stars!
This month we had 7 notes for 4 staff! this includes 2 staff getting a second award!
It's brilliant that all staff, residents and families are nominating staff and celebrating the amazing work they do!
This month we celebrate:
Liezel, a carer, for always caring and being gentle with residents. for always willing to help and smiling. For her commitment to the wellbeing of our residents and the home. Such a hard worker!
Roge, our senior nurse, for being patient, helpful and having a healthy approach. For having an open mind to new ideas and being a true team leader.
Midhu, a KP, for coping magnificently when the chef is off. Doesn't fuss or panic and takes it all in his stride. He's a star!
Sebastian, a carer, for being friendly, happy and hard working. For always being happy to do his job. For being patient, calm and having a good relationship with all staff and residents.
