What a year it has been! So many ups and downs but it has been an amazing year! I have made so many amazing friends, have first experiences and amazing trips but best of all I have watched all of my clients get PBs on a daily basis, shared many laughters and some tears!

Thank you for all the amazing memories to everyone in my life ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

A little London hyrox recap

What a day! Letโ€™s talk about the race itself.

I actually really liked the venue and the one lap - it felt like the runs were super quick. My favourite station was the sled pull ( I came 17th in my age group ๐Ÿคญ) and the worst one was either farmer carries or the wall balls!

I shall be working on my forearms because they were on fire for the full run ๐Ÿ”ฅ

My first solo hyrox! What an adventure ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป from all the months of hard training with some amazing sessions and some really hard days to this one single moment!

All I can say is I am extremely proud of myself! I am naturally not a runner so this was by far the hardest challenge I have set myself and I did it! I still canโ€™t believe it ๐Ÿคญ

Do you ever suffer from lower back pain?

This is actually more common than you think! If you sit for long periods of time or your posture isnโ€™t good will cause back pain. ๐Ÿ‘€

If you can relate to this then please try this stretch at the end of the day, hold for 30 seconds on each side and swap around twice ๐Ÿซก

Meet Teresa ๐Ÿค๐Ÿผ

She has started working with me in January 2025. In this year she has made crazy progress , not only has she built a great, strong body - becoming a muscle mommy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

She has changed her life- looking at herself with more love, having a better day to day routine and most importantly she has improved her relationship with food! She eats everything without fear . This for me as a coach is HUGE.

Progress comes in all shapes and forms and I can confidently say that Teresa has made an enormous about of change.

I want to say a massive thank you for putting all your trust in me, pushing yourself and being patient as we all know change doesnโ€™t happen overnight
