Injuries can seem like an end to your fitness journey but you can still improve your fitness while recovering ( as long as you are being sensible )

With my client we had to slow things right down, reduce the amount of sessions, no running, reduce walking durations but she has still made amazing progress, not only is her posture changed fully she has gained a lot of upper body and core strength and her nutrition has improved.

As a coach it’s important that my clients make realistic changes while still enjoying the life - food, going out etc. Fitness should become a part of your life and not a temporary fix

I am still on a cut so all of this comes to 1700kcals and 130g of protein. I am prioritising whole foods, using as much fruit and veg as possible 🍇 🥒

I try to add my favourite things in daily, ensuring I have sweet treats and my meals are actually tasty 🤤

A massive client shoutout to one and only Charlotte ✨

I love training Charlotte for two reasons 1) her goal was not about her physique but about changing her life. Arthritis can definitely limit you if you don’t look after it but Charlotte is a prime example that you can live a normal life and challenege your body. 2) She is the most motivated person I’ve ever met, she picks a goal and sticks at it until she’s done.

Charlotte: being there along side you for all these huge things in your life has been a true pleasure and I am so proud as your PT to see all that hard work pay off. Let’s keep on setting the bar high and over achieve on life 🫶🏻

Planning to go on a cut ? Or maybe you’re already on one? This is for you 👇🏻

Ive been cutting for almost 2 months now and I am down 7kg and here is what I focused on. I have not restricted myself in any way, still ate out with friends and had a sweet treat daily 🍰

It is all about staying within your calories while prioritising protein and water intake! Listen to your body and fuel it well to see results
