💛 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our '𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢f𝐞, 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐚𝐲' Open Days last week!

It was wonderful to welcome families, friends and neighbours into our homes and to show that life in a care home is about so much more than care. From activities and exercise classes to sociable mealtimes and new friendships, our homes are full of moments that matter. 🌟

🎉 A Signature Cake Takes Pride of Place on the High Tea Trolley 🍰

Out of six finalists from 21 homes of Caring Homes Group across the UK, Graham Hogg from The Manor rose to the top — his Red Velvet & Meringue Cake won the Caring Homes Signature Cake Bake-Off! 🏆

It will be the flagship cake of Caring Homes for 2025/26!

🌟 Meet Lorne – Our New Customer Relationship Manager 🌟

We’re delighted to welcome Lorne to the Caring Homes family, supporting both The Manor in Edinburgh and Hawkhill House Nursing Home in Aberdeen. Lorne will be a friendly first point of contact for families exploring care options for a loved one, helping to guide and support them through what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming journey.

To help you get to know her a little better, we asked Lorne a few quick-fire questions:
