As I am working on my new container "The Coven" I have come to a point where I want to ask my followers and those further afield what they would like to know about shadow work?

What sorts of information would help you moving forward on your journey?

Are there any specific parts of your shadow work journey you have needed more help with?

What would be useful to know?

This information will help me gauge how much people know and what information would be helpful moving forward.

Slowly over a period of time this page has become more and more a drag on my energy.

I have debated for a long time as to whether it was beneficial for my growth as a sole trader or not.

Unfortunately I have decided it is more a hindrance in my energy than not and therefore I will be deleting this page at the end of the month.

You can follow me on Instagram if you want to keep up with my business ventures on social media or you can follow me on my new website which will be revealed on due course.

I just want to say thank you to all the ladies & gentlemen who follow this page and have supported the Moon Mermaid over the years. But this is the year for big changes and following my gut with the business so this will be the first change in a range of new ways I want to promote myself.
