I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with clients online & face to face to undo unhealthy habits, change negative beliefs and to create a confident & self empowered relationship with one's self. I decided to become a Hypnotherapist shorty after I used Hypnotherapy to help with anxiety and depression. Through the years I had ups and downs with it, and chose to manage it as best I could and kept plodding on to have the lifestyle I wanted, but I was never really dealing with the issue. I masked it and tried to ignore it, and I told myself that even though times were tough, I was not going to let it stop me travelling or socialising. When I got to my 30's my life was going well, but I was not coping well and could not understand why everything had become so difficult. The life I was living was not sustainable and had caught up with me, as every bad experience or difficult time I had, I never really dealt with. I just pushed it to the side and didn't realise it was all piling up waiting to explode at times, when least expected it. I was not able to cope with much, as I would get upset, have panic attacks and feel awful for not being able to function properly. This changed drastically after just one session of Hypnotherapy, as I was able to face and deal with my emotions in a calm and safe state. I was taken on a journey to let go of what I didn't need anymore, I learnt to treat myself with love and compassion, how to acknowledge my emotions and to listen to my body. After a couple of sessions, I was so fascinated and over time I made the choice to train to be a therapist. I am fully trained in Life Coaching, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming) and have my Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
