Another Root2Rise Retreat ❤️

Last year we had such a beautiful retreat in Loch Tay where we all co-created such a beautiful safe sacred space for one another.

I feel we need these spaces more and more. Spaces to unite and join together in song and in love.

The external world is challenging us all. Do we crumble or do hold onto our vision of a better future?

I feel the tension and the collective energies that are at play. I say no to fear and manipulation. Yes to unity and service. A better world 🙏

Flowing in my heart space with the world as it continues to open more and more ❤️ The more it opens to meet the good and the bad, the deeper the magical mystery ride ✨
And beautiful things unfold......

The last weekend retreat with Connie Lasune , John Carstairs and many other beautiful souls was very powerful as we all melted into the space of raw authenticity and heart sharing- Deeply Sacred indeed🙏

The Root retreat with KOA and Connie Lasune Family Constellations was intense and challenging as the collective pain and individual wounds were felt. We did a lot of work through this to meet and send love to the places of pain- transmuting and transforming some of the darkness to return to peace. Honouring and blessing the integration of both dark and light 🙏

I am now listening to the call to offer one to one sessions from my beautiful home with a range of different treatments- Indian Head Massage, Theta Healing and Access Bars. Half price to Mamas so contact me for information and/or to book a deeply nourishing session ❤️

Last but not least, White Raven/Liz Harris and I will be offering our monthly journey on the 9/12/24 from 11-2. We will journey with Mother Cacao, Kundalini Breathwork, Movement and Shamanic Earth Drumming.
We will share together in sacred space, going deeper into letting go of all that no longer serves you, paving the way for infinite possibilities- embracing the changes that you wish to make to find freedom and peace ✨
