We are sad to report that last month, we had a total of 105 appointments where our patients did not show up☹️ As a practice, we try so hard to keep an eye on our availability to ensure we keep our wait time to a minimum, however...

105 appointments = 4.5 days of GP time ‼

🎅Christmas Staff Lunch🎅

This Wednesday 18th December, our phone lines will be closed between 1:00-1:30pm, so all of our staff can enjoy our annual Christmas lunch in the practice. Please call after 1:30pm so we can take your call, but if you have a life threatening emergency please call 999.

☎️We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls regarding sore throats and cough/cold symptoms🤧Some local pharmacies can now offer antibiotics for chest infections, and NHS Inform has some great advice too, however, please see below to get advice on when to contact your GP.

💊Repeat Prescription Requests💊

Please note there has been a change to our turnover time for actioning your repeat prescription requests. It will now take three working days, and if you have a preferred pharmacy, then they will come and collect it from the surgery after this turnover time, if not the prescription will be ready for you to collect from the surgery.

Reminder we have an online services account where you can sign up and request your repeat prescriptions through that might be worthwhile setting up, as you can see when you prescription is ready. Please see link below to find out more information:
