Well, Panorama's programme on ultra-processed foods was interesting and I look forward to an unbiased report from the government in the summer.
No time like now to think about and act on the quality of our food choices. What we are putting in our shopping trollies and our mouths.

Make sure you get great sleep, try to stay active and engaged with friends.
Eat as well as you can, but above all, talk.

Please be aware of organisations such a CALM, MIND and the Samaritans or check if you have access to support via your employer.

E. coli by Luke Jarram, 2015.

This wonderful piece is part of the Edinburgh Art Festival at the Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh. It is 5 million times larger than life!
Although some forms of E.coli can cause disease, most forms are friendly and required to support digestion and also to form vitamins K and B12. I think Luke Jarram's creation makes it look very friendly! What do you think?
