I have so many regular bathers, some come along twice a week! They say its an important part of thier well-being routine.

What to Expect in my sessions....

I offer a safe space for your body to relax, I use words like 'safe' 'peace' & 'love'

My meditation gently allows the mind to calm, my sound bath is gentle without sudden volume or frequency shifts, guiding your mind into the theta state.

My song is always the same offering the words we dont often recieve as adults.... we are enough!

There is always a chance to chat after with tea and something sweet....

The studios both have the beautiful aroma of Nag Champa.

I believe familiarity creates safety.

I woke gently this morning…but a message I recieved in the night about yesterday’s post stirred something heavy in my chest.

For a moment, I felt the pull to quietly take it down…
to shrink… to soften… to step back.

But the truth is, that post was never about being “better” than anyone else.....

Not even close.

If anything, I walk this path with a heart that still questions itself, with whispers of “am I good enough?”

It came from a place of pure gratitude…
from witnessing something I’ve poured my soul into
begin to ripple out and touch others.

And that feeling… that connection…it meant something.

We are so fortunate here in East Lothian, held by so many incredible health and wellbeing practitioners each bringing their own magic, their own care, their own light.

There is space for all of us.
There is room for every offering.
There is no competition in something that is led by the heart.

It was simply a moment of joy… and I’m choosing to honour that. ✨
