From the moment you arrive, your body begins to settle, held in safety. This fully guided experience offers clear instructions throughout, with no sudden changes in sound or volume, just a steady, supportive journey.
There's no pressure, no expectations, no need to "do" anything. Simply lie back and allow calming frequencies to soothe your nervous system. Wrapped in comfort with cocoon hammocks or recliners, blankets, pillows, and hot water bottles, everything is designed for your body to fully let go. This space is open to everyone, with no spiritual expectations or promises of healing. It's simply a space that meets you exactly where you are and allows your body to receive what it needs. And at the end, we gently return, with a cuppa, something sweet, conversation, and laughter, because connection is part of the experience too. 💖🎶✨
