Things are starting to arrive for the garden studio upgrade and my heart is doing little happy jumps ✨

The new wood burner is absolutely beautiful,
all the wood has arrived for the pergola upgrade,
and it means more people will soon be able to enjoy this truly unique East Lothian offering 🌿

It’s such an exciting time…...

although I will say.....my living room is currently starting to resemble a warehouse 😅🪵

All part of the dream.
All part of the vision.
And it’s going to be so worth it 💚

Today I was reminded just how powerful words really are.

The words safe and love carry such strong vibrational frequencies.They land softly in the body. They tell the nervous system it can breathe again.

I shared this with my 16-year-old today when he was completely overwhelmed and almost instantly… his light came back on. His whole demeanour softened. His body calmed.

Sometimes we don’t need fixing.

We just need to feel safe.
We just need to feel loved.

Never underestimate the frequency you carry with your words.

Story Time & Sound 📖💭💤🎵

There is something truly magical about gathering together as the light fades…
In my new garden studio, with the log burner gently glowing, you’ll be invited to snuggle into your cocoon hammock, wrapped in blankets and hot water bottles, and simply rest.

As you settle in, Sarah will begin to tell a story, her words weaving imagination, comfort and wonder.
While you listen, I’ll gently layer beautiful frequencies, allowing your mind to bring the story to life…
not through effort, but through feeling.
