Creative Wellbeing Occupational Therapist Fiona Wilson offers a unique opportunities to boost your health and wellbeing through participation in carefully designed and delivered creative sessions which blend Occupational Therapy, flow theory and mindfulness techniques to enable you to relaxation, build your confidence and feel more connected with yourself and others. What Matters to you, yours or your organisation is at the heart of what Fiona offers. She offers inclusive options to ensure every person whatever their needs or preferences can enjoy and feel a sense of accomishment in her sessions. Workshops, One to One or Carer accompanied sessions are offered in her Art Studio, local venues and in workplaces. Fiona strives to respond to local interest and needs, working in partnership with local organisations and communities.
