How is your summer going. Bright days and sunshine lift our mood. Getting out and about in nature too. Take some time to have a forest walk if you can. Life can be an uphill struggle it's good to talk and share too, sometimes a friend or family member isn't the right person to talk to. They often with the best intention try to direct you in a way that might not feel right. Take care all.

Hi this time of year can be difficult...a lull in the normal routine..for some a time of rest and reflection. For others it's too much of being alone or without distraction. Take a little time out in nature, walk round water, up a hill, in a forest...all good for the soul. Away from the worry of covid which creeps into our lives even when we think we are ok and keeping safe. We worry about those close to us. I hope this is a better year for all of us. Take care
