Hayley Reid] has organised a beautiful afternoon community gathering upstairs at the studio to celebrate Beetroot. We’re so grateful for all these offerings by our dear friends, which you can enjoy for free, for all or part of the afternoon:

We’re so stoked to have Stuart Sandeman from ‘s in the studio this morning, offering a half day Breathwork workshop.
During lockdown, his daily Lives on Insta kept us going - and breathing -, and we’re eternally grateful that he’s out there sharing his life-changing teachings. His book is coming out soon, can’t wait to get it!
