Just a quick message to say that I am still able to offer phone and video consultations for those of you who have an issue and cant get to see a physio in person just now.

We can talk through what might be going on and then I'll send you a bespoke rehab programme based on your problem.

Obviously not my area but I agree with a lot of what is said here. I think we've been "fed" the wrong information about nutrition for too long and people are now starting to get wise to it. I wish I could kick my sugar addiction completely but I think I have better control over it now!

Our obsession with sugar stems partly from the fat that for the past 50 years, we’ve been brainwashed into thinking that dietary fat causes heart attacks and empty calories. The federal government’s dietary guidelines convinced us to replace our eggs and butter with low-fat strawberry yogurt -- which happens to have the same amount of sugar as a can of soda.

Many of us followed these recommendations dutifully, swapping saturated fat for sugar. But instead of getting slimmer and healthier, we got fatter and sicker.

Sugar has become such a pervasive part of our food landscape that we’re chronically overdosing on it.

How to start breaking free of sugar:
- Eat real food.
- Eat a nutritious breakfast.
- Reduce stress.
- Exercise smartly.
- Check for food sensitivities.
- Sleep well.
- Check for nutritional deficiencies.
