Elemental Sound baths at the Salisbury centre, beginning with Earth and moving through Water, Fire & Air 🌀

EARTH _ 29 April (7-8pm)
WATER _ 13 May (7-8pm)
FIRE _ 27 May (7-8pm)
AIR _ 3 June (7-8pm)

We begin with Earth, supporting grounding and stability, move into Water, inviting emotional flow and softness, then Fire, encouraging energy and transformation and finally Air, bringing clarity and release.

This series offers a simple space to pause, listen and reconnect, with each element bringing its own quality of experience. You are welcome to attend any one session or come to all four as a series.

Join me for a sound bath to celebrate the Aries new moon—a time of transformation and fresh beginnings as we step into spring 🌱

I’ll be hosting it in a beautiful .yogashala in Edinburgh. Expect an hour of restorative sound therapy to calm the nervous system and support deep release. We’ll tune into Aries energy—our inner warrior, the spark of fire that drives new beginnings and the balance of the adrenal and nervous system both governed by Aries.

This will then be followed by a restorative sound healing bath. Sound healing works on calming the nervous system, boosting endorphins and lowering our stress hormone (cortisol)- allowing our body to naturally heal and find balance.

The event will held on the Saturday 4th of April, 7-9pm in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.

Ancient ringing stone on the ilse of Tiree 🌀🌀 such a beautiful reminder that our ancestors were also using sound in ritual and for healing!?

It had lots of Bronze Age cup marks and emitted a deep ringing sound when struck that echoed and reverberated around the surrounding rock faces.

Was so wonderful to see and experience - thank you to my lovely friend .e.hall for showing me.

Some of the ring marks date back to 4000year ago - waaaa 🤯
