This workshop is designed to support you to:

✨ Hold strong boundaries with family and friends, so you can protect your energy and peace of mind.
✨ Let go of perfectionism and embrace a more joyful, authentic holiday that feels true to you.
✨ Release the pressure to please others or spend beyond your comfort zone—discover how to create a season that reflects your values, not society’s expectations.

Over the 3.5 hour morning session we will have group discussions, practical exercises based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), practical tools to help shift old patterns and responses and then we will use the powerful techniques of Quantum Healing and Tapping (EFT) to shift all that stands in your way of a peaceful festive season.

I will record the session, so you will have access to a lifetime recording of the session.

As it’s the festive season and I’m feeling generous, I am also throwing in a 20 minute one to one consultation and mini session with me (worth £40!).

If you feel like you are constantly in fight or flight, a lack of dopamine could be the issue blocking you from finding balance.

What the heck is that, you say!

It is a neurotransmitter and your nervous system uses it to send messages between nerve cells. It affects how we feel about pleasure and rewards. So, having a lack of dopamine can drive that struggle cycle something chronic!

How can you get more dopamine flow? Its honestly easy. Just spend a few minutes celebrating something that went well, taking some self care time and really focusing on it. That might be as simple as 5 minutes to sit with a coffee and allow yourself to say all the things you have done well that day.

I don't have time for that you say? Well, then this will be the most important 5 minutes of your day, because if you feel like there is so much to do and you never get to the end of it, you will be seriously lacking in that all essential dopamine.

"This isn't working, and this isn't working, and this isn't working," I used to say to myself.

I was so frustrated. I felt like I was spinning my wheels doing all the things and yet never making any forward movement.

Fortunately, I managed to interrupt myself "Okay Kate… STOP! Let's focus less on what won’t work and instead on what will work."
Once I started shifting to what WILL WORK… things started WORKING.

If you've been focusing on what isn't working, it's a recipe for staying stuck. So instead, try to look at what is good in life, what does work well, what you are grateful for.

And from that positive space, you can then say I would like to bring in more flow here... or more calm here. It's a small shift, but gives a whole new perspective on things and helps you to feel more in control.

We have to be concious about the energy that we show up in.

Often we are telling ourselves such negative things that we find ourselves feeling low and deflated.

While it is important that we give space to the negative emotions and don't just stuff them down, we need to make sure that we are not letting them define how we show up.

I have what I call a 'pity party' and for 10 minutes will whinge, stress, have a cry if needed to give any negative emotions some space. Then I choose how I want to show up.

Many workplaces are skewed deeply into toxic masculine energy, allowing no room for a balance with feminine energy.

We all need and thrive on this balance - this is the yin and yang of life. The two aspects are within all of us and compliment each other perfectly.

When yang energy becomes the norm, it creates a toxicity of people being defensive, selfish, attached to success, with a fear of failure, critical, judgemental and stuck in the mind rather than being in touch with emotions.

When we try to fit in with this environment, we are always left feeling we are not good enough (this is especially true for women). This atmosphere leaves no room for the balance of yin energy needed, which is loving and supportive, compassionate, authentic, intuitive and creative.
