🔔🔔🔔 Home time for Aidan 🔔🔔🔔

After 152 days in the neonatal unit, Aidan finally got discharged home with his Mummy and Daddy 🥳
Aidan was born at 24+6 weeks weighing only 668g and has now gone home weighing 4140g! He is a little superstar and we are all so happy to see how amazing you have done.
We hope you are all having a great time at home as a family and remember to come back and visit us 💙💙

Jacob was born at 24+1 weeks at Simpson Neonatal unit before transferring to St.Johns SCBU. Jacob and family spent a total of 133 days across both units, and proud mummy and daddy got to ring that discharge bell yesterday. What a journey.
