Healing for the healer today! 💖

My beautiful friend, Lisa, created her first amazing held and sacred space for like-minded women. 🙏 It was a heart-opening ceremony for two hours that included yoga nidra, heart coherence, a mini facial, and a beautiful sound bath. On the way home, after being tested to lunch, I drove towards a massive rainbow 🌈. It was such a lovely experience. I'm still chilling, which was much needed. I have my beautiful wee rose quartz crystal and card gift to remember it by, and I'll have my lotus tea shortly. 🌸🍵 Look forward to the next one. I'm doing nothing for the rest of the day 😆
