Hi everyone!
I will be starting new classes in Portobello from Tuesday the 30th of September. 6pm - 7:30pm. These classes will guide you through the fundamentals of yoga and meditation, together with breathing exercises and deep relaxation to allow you to release tensions and stress, gain energy and inspiration. These methods help to face daily life in all its different facets. They bring creativity to all things. There is no task too small or too big when you practice yoga and meditation - there is only the task that is in front of you to do the best you can with.
I teach methods that are for beginners and also for experienced. The methods in the classes for beginners are beneficial for both groups. When you have practiced, for example, the shoulderstand for a long time, then coming into and out of it is no longer a challenge and when you can rest in the pose then you can feel the effect the pose has on the nervous system creating a deep relaxing experience. So, it is worthwhile to keep up a regular practice to progress.
