Our unique approach to Yoga Teacher Training combines in-depth yogic study with an understanding of how to apply it to real life. This course will give you the tools and knowledge to confidently teach yoga that is authentic, accessible and therapeutic, while maintaining and developing your personal path of self-study and practice.

Our wonderful team has decades of experience in practising, living, and teaching yoga, running yoga studios and teacher training courses, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for inclusive, community-driven yoga.

Our dear friend Dalia is collecting donations this week, and she’ll be zooming around the toon at the weekend picking up from various collection points.

If you’re coming to Lila this week or even just passing by, this is the perfect chance to clear out your unwanted (but good-condition) clothes and help people across Edinburgh and Scotland stay warm this winter. ❤️

In a world that rarely hits pause, when was the last time you truly rested? This winter, we invite you to join Big Chill: our 2-Hour Journey with Moi & Sarah at ❄️✨

Find sanctuary for the nervous system, a powerful act of renewal where doing less means everything. Through the use of props, long-held supported poses, and intentional stillness, your body will be gently guided out of "fight or flight" and into the healing state of "rest and digest."

Expect minimal movement, cozy blankets, low lights, and a quiet environment designed to soothe the senses.

In this 2-hour workshop, practice will centre around the element of water and the kidney/bladder meridians. By nurturing this element, we can help ignite our sense of resolve, allowing us to stay focused on our path, while supporting bone tissue health, letting go of our fears and finding our inner wisdom.

Sarah discovered yoga during a particularly challenging period in her life, with the practice offering her space, grounding, and a renewed connection to her body and inner self.

Over the past decade, Sarah has dedicated herself to both practising and teaching Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. An accredited Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, her teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, integrating philosophy, mantra, asana, pranayama, and meditation in a way that is both practical and accessible.

Sarah’s teaching style is warm and lighthearted, creating an inclusive space for students to arrive exactly as they are. You can find her regularly teaching at the studio from Wednesday to Friday!
