We are specialists in small group and 121 training for women. We work with only a small number of clients at a time at our private facility in Leith, Edinburgh. We pride ourselves in the gaining the best results with our clients. We believe everything is in moderation and that life is for living. However, we understand that our health is our wealth. We need to look after it and do it well. We aim to change as many peoples lives as possible with our comprehensive services. Our services include behaviour change, education, nutrition support and personalised coaching. The best part about our studio! the amazing community of Women who all support one another. Broccoli Soup🥦

Ingredients:
2 Broccoli Heads
1 Onion
Vegetable Stock
Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Italian herbs & Garlic Granules
Cheese
Light Cream

Directions:
1. Finely chop the 2 broccoli heads
2. Oil pan
3. Add onion, broccoli - let it simmer
4. Add 2 pints of veg stock & all the herbs
5. Mix, lid on, let it simmer 45mins
6. Blitz till smooth mix
7. Add cheese and cream
8. Mix and taste test ☺️

Lovely warming soup for winter 😋

Protein Wrap Chips with Healthy Dip 🌮

Ingredients:
Protein wraps
Parchment paper
Light spray olive oil
Paprika
Dirty fries mox
Parmesan
For the Dip: Paprika, garlic and onion granules, italian herbs and greek yogurt

Directions:
1. Cut the wraps into triangles
2. Place onto a tray if parchment paper
3. Light spray with olive oil
4. Season with Paprika, dirty fries mix and parmesan
5. Into the oven at 160 degrees for 10mins until crunchy.

Directions For The Dip
1. 1/2 tsp of paprika, garlic and onion granules, italian herbs and 2 tbsp of low fat greek yoghurt and mix.
