Важно е човек да си повярва, защото като можеш да твориш такива прекрасни неща е редно да ги споделяш (не само със съседи и роднини).

.. it's easy! We just need the right support, determination and resilience 💪..and of course, a positive approach to everything ❤️

It's been 4 weeks since I had my wee baby boy. My diet is not for weight loss as I need a lot of nutrients and calories considering breastfeeding.
Again juicing is doing a wonderful job - good skin (despite the sleepless nights), good vibes and energy to get through this very first stage of having the baby. And most of all - excellent breastmilk quality - super nutritious so my little man is gaining weight and building up immunity!

Soon I'll start detox challenges here, sharing with you many juice recipes and tips. I'll also share before and after photos keeping up your motivation 😉
