Dr Hannah Ranaldi - Health Psychology Scotland Feeling burned out while trying to hold everything together?

I support busy individuals living with chronic stress or health conditions stop surviving and start thriving - through practical, compassionate psychology that fits real life. Health Psychology Scotland is the first health psychology focused practice which can support individuals, communities and businesses across Scotland by redefining how we look after our health and wellbeing. As a group of Practitioner Psychologists, we can support you individually by providing therapy and coaching services. More widely, we connect communities through courses and training alongside providing consultancy services to businesses. We are fully trained, qualified and chartered with the BPS and HCPC, so you can be assured we follow a code of ethics and are insured to be working with you. We provide therapeutic and coaching services to a wide range of individuals from young people, adults of all ages and businesses. We are expertly trained to provide evidenced based techniques backed by science for what your needs may be. Perhaps you're looking to support your own wellbeing or perhaps your organisation requires the help of a Psychologist to reduce stress in the workplace, then we can help. We can also provide executive coaching services to employees and anyone looking to develop their careers. In addition, being trained Health Psychologists, we have a unique understanding of health conditions, the pressures in healthcare and are expertly skilled in supporting healthcare professionals. We are also a neurodivergent affirmative organisation with neurodivergent practitioners, and ensure this stance is taken in our approach to working with our clients.
