Throat Chakra & Saraswati workshop — and it’s also the last live Chakradance immersion I’ll be offering.

The Root Chakra finale in November has been sold out for months, so this is the final chance to step into the full depth of a live Chakradance evening with me.

We’re coming out of Equinox and eclipse season — a time of shifts and fresh growth. This workshop is about finding your own flow in that energy: giving direction to what’s emerging, and creating space for expression and clarity.

An evening of softness and nurturing, letting the lightness emerge.

Join me for an evening of music, movement, and quiet recalibration as we journey through the seven energy centres of the body – the chakras – and gently realign for the months ahead.

You’ll be guided through a blend of:

All held in a softly lit space where you can move freely and inwardly—no steps to learn, no experience needed.

On 11th July, we’ll be connecting with the energy of Kuan Yin – the Goddess of Compassion and Mercy – in the beautiful stillness of Fern Bothy.

Kuan Yin is known as ‘She Who Hears the Cries of the World’.

Legends say she paused at the gates of heaven and chose to stay and help all who suffer.

Her energy is a balm for the heart – especially when it comes to that time for letting go, forgiveness, and gentleness.

Next Friday evening will be a soft space to retreat into. Expect nourishing stillness, ritual, beautiful music, movement, and deep rest (we’ll be using the headsets for this one with optional eye masks so you really are going to feel cocooned in comfort and love!)

Come slow down, soften, and reconnect.

✨ All Good Things ✨

My intention for running these workshops was simple:

To share the magic and joy of Chakradance with more people.
And thanks to you — that’s exactly what’s happened.

Over the past 18 months, more than 250 (wait, what?! 😍) of you have joined me to shoogle your chakras, raise your vibration, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm. It’s been more than I ever hoped for — and I’m so deeply, deeply grateful.

Now it’s time for a shift.
An evolution.

That means these next few workshops will be my last live Chakradance events — at least for the foreseeable.

I’m stepping back to make space for other creative work I’ve been developing behind the scenes — and I hope to be able to share some of that with you in 2026.

While this doesn’t mean the end of my journey with Chakradance, it does mean we’ve got five more chances to gather this year — and I’d love to see you at one of these events if it’s been calling you.
