Pain Concern runs free, 2-hour Pain Education Sessions for people living with long-term pain (over 12 weeks). The sessions help you understand what pain is, why it persists and what you can do to manage it better day to day.

Sessions cover pain science, activity pacing, stress, sleep, flare-ups and understanding medication. They’re delivered by trained volunteers who have lived experience of chronic pain, and are developed in collaboration with NHS services. The aim is to help you build your own toolkit so pain doesn’t control your life.

Sessions are currently online, with in-person options coming shortly!

Digital health technology – what should future research focus on?

From apps and wearables to AI and remote monitoring, digital tools are changing care… but which ones really matter to patients, carers and clinicians?

Help identify the most important unanswered questions about how digital technology can improve care for people with bone, joint, muscle and soft tissue conditions (aka Trauma and Orthopaedics).

Your input is vital to ensure that future research focuses on what truly matters to patients and clinicians. By sharing your views, you’ll help direct efforts towards the most impactful priorities to improve care and outcomes.
