Caroline qualified in the Bowen Technique in 2005 having studied with the Bowen Association UK (BAuk). In conjunction with this she gained an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology with Distinction. She is also qualified in the Swedish Massage, Foundation in Advanced Clinical Massage, Deep Tissue Massage (Hands Free), Pregnancy Massage, Dorn Method with Breuss Massage and Indian Head Massage. She regularly attends Continuous Professional Development courses including Mother & Baby Bowen, Working with Back Pain, Assessment Skills, Advanced Specialist Bowen Procedures 1, Sports Bowen and Fascia Bowen. Her work at Post Natal Depression Service in Edinburgh has given her invaluable insight and knowledge into using The Bowen Techinque effectively to work with clients suffering from both the emotional and physical conditions that depression and anxiety can bring. She is passionate that therapies can be used for all ages and has experience of working with clients ranging in age from 3 months to 91 years, tailoring each treatment to their specific needs. Caroline is fully registered with CNHC (Complimenary & Natural Healthcare Council) which is the UK independent regulatory body set up, in the public interest, to regulate complementary health professionals ensuring they meet the CNHC professional standards.
