Having worked in several practices across Edinburgh since 2010, Alex and Amanda recently joined their practices together in order to provide an ever growing patient list with a more flexible and accessible clinic. We are based in the heart of Edinburgh New Town, easily accessible from town, the Lothians and Fife. Plus a satellite clinic for the employees of INEOS and Petroineos in Grangemouth. It is our aim to provide friendly, professional and effective treatment to people of all walks of life. We are passionate in helping patients out of pain to improve their overall health. We want them to feel empowered and active participants on their road to recovery. As Osteopaths, we don’t just treat ‘bad backs’ but are highly trained Musculoskeletal experts and as such, able to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions such as shoulders, hips, knees and much more.

Hi There, Just to let you know that Maelle will be on annual leave in July. We have Margaux here looking after her list while she is away.

My name is Margaux Astic, originally from the French Alps, I moved to the UK couple of years ago to attend the European School of Osteopathy and have recently relocated to Edinburgh, a city that has always captured my interest.
My passion for osteopathy began at the age of 14. Growing up in a region where osteopathy is widely embraced, I saw firsthand how it supports people from all backgrounds in understanding their bodies and maintaining long-term health. I am dedicated to help others in need by accompanying them to achieve their own health goals through help tailored, empathetic care.
I take a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment, always adapting to the individual needs, concerns and preferences of each person I work with. That is why I use a wide range of osteopathic techniques allowing me to offer truly personalised care. These techniques are such as; soft tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, joint mobilisation and spinal manipulation.
I have a further interest in treating newborns and infants and patients suffering from headaches. Additionally, I am qualified in kinesiology taping, which can support and help manage any sports injuries or for rehabilitation.
