I am so excited to invite you to my January Wellness Day Retreat. A full day designed to help you reset, recharge, and start 2026 feeling balanced and refreshed.

🗓️Date: Sunday 25th January 2026
⏰ Time: 9:30am – 5:00pm
📍 Location: Wigwam Holidays Cove Farm, Cockburnspath, Scottish Borders, TD13 5YP

Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a nourishing mix of movement, relaxation, and nature, which will include the following;

- Welcome refreshments to settle in ☕️
- Barre and Yoga 🧘‍♀️
- Option to dip into an ice bath overlooking the countryside 🧊

2023 ✨

Yes it’s been so long since I have been active on here I have started a new post as ‘2023’ as this will be about the current classes I teach now.

Firstly for any newbies, hello! My name is Natalie and I am a Yoga, Barre and Mum & Baby Yoga teacher, working and living in Edinburgh.

I specialise in Vinyasa Yoga and currently teach at the following locations;

Yoga’s Got Hot: Warm Vinyasa Yoga
Balanced: Barre and Vinyasa Yoga
David Lloyd: Barre Fitness and Vinyasa Yoga

I also offer private 1:1 classes as well as small group classes which will be tailored specifically for you.
