Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on the 12th April, 2024. George, loving husband to Katrina, much loved dad to Andrina, Arlene and Thomas, adored pupa to Kellie, Mark, Chloe, Lewis, Millie, James, Harris and Struan, great pupa to Maisey and Ivy-Rose, father in law to James, Claire and Alan, brother, brother in law, uncle and a dear friend to many. Funeral service will be held on Thursday the 2nd of May 2024 at Mortonhall Main Chapel at 11am to which all are welcome, family flowers only please. If desired there will be a retiral collection after the service in aid of The Marie Curie Hospice. The family would like to thank staff at Newbyres medical Centre, Midlothian district nurses, Marie curie nurses and especially the carers from Midlothian homecare team for all the care provided for George over the last six months.
