Hello folks,

I’m now offering TRE sessions. In TRE we practice a set of exercises that evokes natural neurogenic tremors (shaking). The tremors move through the body and release held patterns of tension, stress and trauma.

This is a fabulous natural behaviour of mammals that discharges patterns of stress and restores a regulated nervous system. You may have observed yours pets tremoring or allowing parts of their body to stretch out with some bobbing or shaking. Humans tend to suppress natural stress releasing behaviours (and emotion) due social stigma, but this leads to a build up of stress and then the nervous system struggles to regulate itself thus leading to chronic pain, digestion issues and trouble sleeping.

Once understood natural tremors can be practiced by yourself at home, with a partner or in bigger groups. Im offering a group(4 spaces) 4 week block starting on Monday 10th at 6pm. It can also be done 1:1, 1:2 or organise a session for your own friend/work group.
