This song is called 'Struggle", and as the name suggests it talks about the fight, in which I was constantly. 🤕
it talks about my Cyclical Vommiting Syndrome, where every month I was in extreme pain, vomiting and weakness. At the time It was undiagnosed for over 12 years.
It portrays the pain I felt, my hospital admissions, the powerlessness, but the hope that one day it would end. 🏥
It is definitely the most brutal of the 3 songs. It's heavy and raw. It's a metal song and metal is often misunderstood. 🤘
Metal is about sharing our emotions,anger, fears and concerns in a brutal way, just like we often feel it and it is ok, because we are human. 🎶

There is an old expression in Portuguese about singing: "Quem canta seus males espanta". It's around the lines of: "Singing chases away your troubles." 🎶
We sing if we are happy or sad, singing and making music help emotions flow in our bodies and souls. 🎙️
This song is called "Predator" and it tells the story of a sparrow that is constantly in two minds. 🐦
An inner reflection of mine. I learned that life is in constant motion and it's ok to fluctuate and follow the winds of life, and still be grounded. ✨
I composed, wrote and sang this song. This was a song from my previous band: Dynamind. 🎼

Tomorrow the day of creativity is celebrated 💡
Music is one of the best ways to create and it has been one of my therapies and my refuge. 🎶
Back in 2003, I was the singer of an alternative band called Dynamind and we released 3 songs. I will post 3 songs this week.
This song is called "Crush me" and it helps me convey the pain, anger and frustration of living with an undiagnosed condition, back then.
This year I decided to create a video clip for each of the songs with the help of AI. 🤖
