Ladies, this post is for you, although it may be of interest to a few chaps out there who have wonderful females in their lives (mothers, daughters, sisters etc.) who haven't yet heard about this.
Ladies, have you ever been told that you have a "tilted uterus"? If so, was this ever explained to you or was it just dismissed as "don't worry lots of women do"???
Well the person who may have told you this wasn't wrong, yes loads of us have a tilted uterus but what does that mean?
It means your uterus is slightly out of alignment to her "normal" position. No she isn't under your armpit 😄 she is still in the pelvic bowl but instead of being slightly tilted forward in her own space above your bladder, she may be further forward, may be slightly lower leaning on your bladder, may be further backwards leaning on your colon or in other "tilted" positions e.g. to the left or right. She may even be slightly bent over (flexed) too!
Who knew she was so flexible? 😉
What does this mean for you?
In most cases it may mean that your me**es are affected.
Can you relate to any of the following:
Painful me**es (more than an hour)
Dark blood at start or end of me**es
Spotting / interrupted flow
Blood clots (which may be larger than a thumb nail)
Painful ovulation
Headaches with me**es
Lower back pain with me**es
Needing to p*e more just before me**es
Constipation just before me**es, followed by looser stools when started.
PMT/PMS
Heightened emotions around me**es
Smelly blood
Painful in*******se
Fertility challenges
Irregular cycles (e.g. 28 days one month, 32 days next month, 30 days the next)
This list is not exhaustive!
All of the above may be an indication that the uterus is slightly out of alignment.
The good news is that it doesn't have to remain that way.
There is a therapy that may be able to help.
https://www.copperwoman.co.uk/abdominal-massage
This is a non invasive abdominal massage, covering the front and back of your body and as part of the therapy you will be taught a "Self Care" routine that you can do on yourself at home, which will empower you to support your own female health.
My own me**es changed for the better by doing this therapy (see testimony on the web site), what will it do for you?
Individual results vary. It may take more than on session to achieve the desired results and occasionally the desired results aren't achieved.
