KnotStressed KnotStressed provides great therapies and workshops in the centre of Edinburgh. KnotStressed Therapies are based in Edinburgh City Centre.

Whether you are looking to relax and unwind, want relief from specific aches or pains, or simply need some feel good therapy, we can help. We have four areas we feel especially passionate about:

We offer Post Graduate Massage Training Courses in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Injury Prevention through Hands Free Massage. As well, as Instructors Training Programmes for Relax & Breathe Birthing and Relax & Sing Baby Massage & Yoga.
