Forest Therapy Scotland

Forest Therapy Scotland Inspiring the different senses and meaningful connection to nature. Forest Therapy Scotland was founded in 2017 by Caitlin Keddie.

Forest Bathing & Forest Therapy are research-based practices that aim to support health and wellness through immersive experiences in forests and other natural settings. Caitlin was the first certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide in Scotland and operates in the central belt. She is a member, mentor and trainer with the Forest Therapy Institute. Caitlin has been interested in natural health and wellbeing all her life. For over 8 years, Caitlin has been working with Napiers the Herbalists across their multi-disciplinary health clinics and herbal shops in the central belt. She also works with Monica Wilde who teaches foraging, wild food and plant medicine. Please contact me for information about forest therapy walks in your area or if you would like to discuss arranging a tailored walk for yourself, a group, school, healthcare provider, or business.
