Technology can remove barriers to learning.
Help shape the future of inclusive education in Scotland.
CALL Scotland is recruiting a Director to lead our internationally recognised work supporting the use of assistive and communication technologies to remove barriers to learning for pupils with additional support needs.
For over four decades, CALL Scotland has worked with schools, local authorities and national partners to ensure children and young people can communicate, access learning and participate fully in education. Our work has helped shape practice across Scottish education and continues to influence how technology supports inclusion in classrooms and beyond.
We are now looking for a leader who can build on this strong foundation and guide the next phase of CALL Scotland’s national impact, strengthening partnerships, influencing policy and supporting innovation in inclusive digital learning.
CALL Scotland is based within Moray House School of Education and Sport at the University of Edinburgh, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of research, policy and classroom practice.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a nationally respected service and play a key role in shaping how technology supports accessibility and inclusion across Scottish education.
