We’re delighted to introduce Gail, one of our dedicated One Spa Members, as she embarks on her journey toward enhanced physical and mental wellbeing using our AI powered Technogym Checkup Machine🌿

Now in week three of her personalised programme, Gail is exploring the power of the recently installed machine, a smart, data-led way to understand your body on a deeper level. From body composition and strength to balance, mobility, and even cognitive ability, it calculates your unique “Wellness Age.”

Guided by our Membership & Fitness Manager Jason through one-to-one sessions, Gail is already seeing inspiring results - a true reminder that wellbeing is a journey💪

💙 Our ESPA Modern Alchemy Ritual was superb and left us feeling soothed and grounded; the ancient Shirodhara element was the cherry on the cake – the steady stream of warm oil poured onto our forehead was utter heaven.

💙 The staff: everyone we encountered during our visit was friendly and professional; our spa host, Monika, was always on hand to tend to our every whim. VIP feels, indeed.

💙 The facilities: after toasting away in every sauna, steam and Laconium in sight, we loved wallowing in the rooftop hydro-pool, a highlight whatever the weather.
