Just to share a little about how I work:

I don’t offer ad hoc sessions, as I focus on supporting clients who want to make massage a regular part of their self-care. If that sounds like something you’d love, my block bookings are the most affordable and consistent way to go.

I’m currently fully booked for October and November, and now taking bookings for December, so it’s always best to plan ahead rather than wait for a last-minute slot.

To prepare: find a quiet, warm space to lie down, allow yourself to relax, dim the lights and simply be open to receiving.
