They call it “women stuff”, but what if the mood swings, the foggy mind, the exhaustion, low libido, hot flushes, the new strange pain, the shorter cycles or abundant bleeding… are your body’s way of saying 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗡, 𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚!

Hormonal transition is not just about oestrogen. Yes, your hormones are shifting - but it’s also an energetic and emotional transition (maybe driven by the personality of those hormones).

Living with anxiety is an energy sucker.

With anxiety your mind is always searching for danger, the worse-case scenario, so you can respond to the “invisible” danger that feels very real to you. When you live under high levels of anxiety, the world is a threatening place, a garden of jaggy nettles instead of soft flowers and grass. It is a real hellish cycle of worry and pain.

But transforming anxiety into safety and calmness is possible, through your breath you can control your mind. By regulating the breath we can influence the flow of prana (life force) within the body, which in turn affects the mind.
