☀️ Rest & Restore - beautiful scenery, women's circles and plenty of time to rest and restore your soul.

☀️ Renew & Reset - indulge yourself within a luxurious Scottish castle. Blankets, candlelight and ease out of winter with us!

Did you know that we ran our first yoga retreat together having only met in person 3 times?!

Thank goodness for zoom and voice notes eh 😜
With Louisa in Edinburgh, Sarah in Essex and Dani and Worcester, it can be hard to find time when our calendars align.

Missing these little faces but we're reunited in 3 months for our first glamping retreat in Halsted, Essex, and we're so excited!
