Every month we invite people interested in the Alexander Technique to come and join us for an immersive Alexander experience. Over the space of one and a half days, you will have the opportunity for lots of hands-on work from our expert training team, and for various group activities to enhance and deepen your Alexander skills and understanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from John Nicholls last week. John has been teaching for 50 years and had the opportunity to work with many of the first generation teachers. He took us back to basics, and with an emphasis on the importance of working on self while teaching.
