🍂 Autumn, I love! Being in nature isn’t just for the senses, it’s good science too: forests release natural compounds called phytoncides 🌲 which can boost your mood, ease stress, and even support your immune system. I don't care what they're called - they're my new best friends.
When in doubt, go out. That was my motto when boys were little. Now, I can actually focus on it all, every step I take.😍
