The appointments will last up to 2 hours to give time for bodywork, breathwork, meditation and Reflexology.
The venue is Fior, 13 Hamilton Place, EH3 5 BA.

I'm happy to announce that from February onwards I will be working from Fior in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.

My sessions include whole body and mind work through Bodywork, Breathwork, Reflexology, Meditation and Talking Therapy, tailored to your needs as an individual. As the sessions progress, the treatments will vary to complement your growth.
