Our ethos is simple - we specialise in providing household & companionship services to Edinburgh's elderly with care and dignity. We are 3rd time Finalists and current Award Winners at the Scottish Care at Home Awards 2021! We're not a large corporate company with shareholders to please; we're a small, well-formed team. We carefully select our team members and match clients with them. The role of the family and extended family has evolved, meaning it is not always possible for family members or friends to support a loved one on a regular basis. We will assess you or your loved one's needs and agree on a domestic support package. We are active members of the Befriending Network. Today is Corinne’s birthday 🎉
And the way she chose to finish it says everything about the kind of person she is.

Corinne messaged to say the best way to end her special day was by spending the evening with her clients, now that is dedication. 💙
She has the biggest heart, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Not only does Corinne support our elderly in the community, she also shares a deep passion for animals, caring for them in a veterinary setting during the day and dedicating her evenings to caring for others.

A truly selfless, compassionate soul, and we are so lucky to have her.

Hello i’m Christina,
I’m the Care Coordinator at Home Help Me Care, and I absolutely love what I do. No two days are ever the same – it’s challenging, rewarding, and never boring. I create and manage both staff and client rotas, carry out care visits, set up and review support plans, meet families, and liaise with external health professionals to make sure every client’s care journey is seamless and safe. Doing care visits helps me ensure the right care package is in place and that each client’s needs are truly understood.
I take pride in going above and beyond to support our clients, from the very start of their journey with us, through ongoing care and reviews, all the way to the end of their journey – whether that’s achieving their goals with us or supporting them at the end of their life. Seeing the difference, we make in people’s lives gives me incredible job satisfaction and makes the hard work worthwhile every single day. I am very lucky to be part of such an amazing team

Who is part of the team ? This month we will be spreading the love by showing you our fabulous care family. First up Diane Francey, Director and Registered Manager of Home Help Me Care Ltd.

I oversee and fine-tune the day-to-day operations of the service, and I remain closely involved both in the office and out in the community delivering care. I strongly believe that staying connected to our team and our service users is essential to maintaining the high standards of care we are proud to provide.

While balancing these responsibilities can be demanding, it is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride and satisfaction in knowing that we support and make a positive difference to the lives of your loved ones every day.

🥞 Made with Love, Served with Care

Today I visited one of our clients and was greeted by the most beautiful sight freshly made pancakes, cooked from scratch and decorated with real love and passion. Not only a feast for the eyes, but absolutely delicious too!

Moments like this remind us how incredible our carers truly are. Going above and beyond isn’t something we ask it’s simply who they are. From nutritious homemade meals to meaningful companionship, our team takes pride in supporting our clients to live well at home.

Good food nourishes the body but care, kindness and connection nourish the soul.

We’re so proud of our carers and the thoughtful, healthy meals they prepare every day for the people we support. 💙
