~ Finding Balance ~
Life is challenging! And I'm still in the midst of trying to navigate a balance between family life, work and my own health and wellbeing. π€ΈββοΈ Whenever I'm in the midst of change I try to come back to what means the most to me - my core values. What do I feel my purpose is? How will I feel looking back on the life I've lead?
If you've never thought about your values it can be a really helpful thing to reflect on. Have a look for a values list:

select 5 or 10 that stand out to you, then take your time narrowing it down to maybe 2 or 3 that really resonate to your core, that feel on a primitive, visceral level to be the things most important to you (trying to completely let go of what you perceive to be the 'right' choices or other people's expectations/perceptions of you.)
When you're faced with difficult decisions, or your in the midst of a difficult period, remind yourself of your values and see if your actions can align in some way towards them. Even if it's a tiny step or just a note in the diary to try approaching something slightly differently, you are acknowledging and taking some action towards living in line with your core values, which helps you feel satisfied and more at peace.
In line with this, my clinics will change from Tuesday mornings to the first Tuesday evening of each month (apart from this month which will run next Tues 11th April).
