I have been self employed for 22 years as a counsellor, coach, energy worker and holistic health practitioner, running my own private practice. I have extensive knowledge, experience and techniques to draw from to give effective help to people with all kinds of life challenges. I have trained in various therapeutic disciplines - Human Givens Counselling & Psychotherapy, Life Coaching, Stress Management, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), Emotional Freedom Technique, Advanced Hypnotherapy & Hypno-Healing, Trauma Management, Reiki, and Spiritual Healing.
