Edinburgh has a way of inviting you to explore it’s sights again and again, tourist or not. Our city makes it easy to exercise without even trying, whether you’re climbing the hill to the Royal Mile or ascending one of the many sets of winding staircases or closes.
At YourGP, we recommend getting at least 150 minutes of exercise a week, so why not include a scenic walk as part of that. You could check out the Old Town, or walk towards New Town, where both of our clinics are located.
