Our Story

Emma Isokivi is an senior Ashtanga yoga teacher in Edinburgh- teaching both a traditional mysore program and some small additional offerings. Sunday: 0700-0930

Monday - Thursday: 0630-0930

Friday: Mysore 0630-0730. 0730 led class. 09.15 Chanting and Philosophy.
