Ciaran holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, and a BSc in Strength and Conditioning. He specialises in diagnosing and treating MSK-related conditions using a combined approach of manual therapy, education, and strength and conditioning.
Throughout Ciaran's career in private healthcare, he has gained a wealth of experience working with renowned institutions such as Dartmouth College in the USA, where he supported varsity athletes in American Football, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Ice Hockey, Rowing, and Athletics. Additionally, he has worked with esteemed sports entities like Leinster Rugby and St. Patrick AFC has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between physical and mental health and athletic performance. Ciaran has also had the privilege of working with elite and Olympic individual athletes in running, swimming, diving, curling, cycling, gymnastics, and MMA.
Ciaran's approach helps patients feel comfortable and understood. His physiotherapy practice is characterized by a strong belief in evidence-based practice, person-centred care, and education. He prioritises understanding each individual's unique needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly, and equipping patients with the knowledge and tools necessary to recover from injuries and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
